E-prescription collection or delivery

Our advanced electronic private prescription service removes potential stress or hassle for your members. Private prescriptions can be sent for collection from any UK pharmacy, or members can use our pharmacy delivery service for medication delivered straight to home or work.

Key advantages

• No administrative delays. The prescription is ready for the patient as soon as the consultation notes are completed.
• The patient can switch between e-prescription collection and delivery until the point of collection.
• The only payment required is for the medication cost – there are no additional costs for an e-prescription collection or delivery.
• Phone support is available for any prescription queries.

Pharmacy e-prescription collection

When one of our GPs completes the consultation notes, members will automatically receive an SMS and an email containing a prescription code. Members can go to the pharmacy as soon as they receive this communication.

Prescription delivery

Members can opt to have their medication delivered to home or work. Our GPs send the prescription to a Signature pharmacy, who contact the patient within two hours to organise delivery and payment. There are no charges for delivery:

• Same-day in London if prescribed before 4 pm
• Next day UK wide if prescribed before 1 pm
