Immediate access to specialist clinical advice for dermatology


This Enhanced Advice & Guidance service provides our GPs, when considering a specialist dermatology referral, with immediate access to specialist clinical advice, enabling a patient’s care to be managed in the most appropriate setting, and avoiding unnecessary outpatient visits.

Teladoc Health GPs can use the Consultant Advice platform to share clinical photos and patient information notes in a secure manner directly with Consultant Dermatologists for specialist advice.

Diagnosis, treatment, and continuity of care

We pride ourselves on running a safe, caring, effective, and highly responsive service giving helpful self-care advice and sharing resources with members in addition to diagnosis and treatment. Consultation notes are routinely shared with members and their NHS GP (with consent), which is important to help empower patients and for continuity of care.
