Burnout Prevention and Stress Management

Our Mental Health services run 24/7, 365 days a year, so you can give your members unrivalled access to Burnout Prevention and Stress Management from our UK-based team of psychologists, psychotherapists, and counsellors.

The World Health Organization’s International Disease Classification (ICD-11) defines burnout as a direct consequence of badly or ill-managed chronic workplace stress, characterised by exhaustion and low energy, feelings of negativity or resentment towards a current job and reduced productivity.  The number one cause of stress in the UK is work related with 822,000 workers suffering from work-related stress, depression, or anxiety (new or long-standing) in 2020/21.*

How our service works

  • An initial 30-minute Mental Health consultation is carried out by our qualified Mental Health practitioners. The Core 10 assessment measure is used to evaluate levels of psychological distress, and Mental Health needs.
  • Our team of Mental Health practitioners provide members with coping mechanisms and stress reduction techniques.
  • Addressing burn-out symptoms at an early stage has proven effective. We help members recognise the common signs of burn-out and address them before they impact negatively on mental health.
